Mgr Dorronsoro is back to the Father

We have just learnt about the death of Mgr Juan Jose Dorronsoro, that occurred last August 5th in Rome.

Mgr Dorronsoro was under-secretary for the Section of Secular Institutes inside the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated life, for many years until 2003. He was a great friend of our Institutes, endowed with a perfect understanding of our vocation in the Church. He was always at our disposal; warm and spiritual, he welcomed and helped many directors and members of our Institutes, with great competence and sincere friendship.

Former chancellor of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, he was also canon of the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome. His funeral took place in this very basilica on August 11th. Dr. Emilio Tresalti, former President of the CMIS, was present.

Let us thank God for the grace of this beautiful and holy life, and let us pray him for this good servant who has come into the Life.
