21^st Biennial Meeting of the Indian Conference of Secular Institutes

Lucknow, India: 21^st Biennial meeting of the Indian Conference of Secular Institutes (ICSI) was held on October 10-12th, 2016 at Ruby Cottage, Narhi, Lucknow.
